At RSM Distribution we have seen at lot of "competition tuned" engines. Some are very good and some are not so good. The really good ones all have one thing in common - they have been reworked by people who actually fly control line at the competitive level. We have also found that certain people have a "feel" for certain engines and these always run just a little bit better. For this reason RSM Distribution has chosen to sell competition tuned engines that have been reworked by Larry Foster and Lew Woolard. All of these engines have been tuned to produce the reliable power and high torque needed for competition C/L stunt. Modifications include deburring & blueprinting, lapping piston to cylinder, balancing crankshaft, retiming ports, adding hemi heads and backplate stuffers (where necessary). Every engine has been bench tested and test run and comes with a one year warranty against defects in workmanship. The engines listed below are normally in stock.
